The heating company Rendis planned and installed a new heating system for the church as a whole. They have included a summary on their website

Biomass Boiler  New Radiators

The biomass boiler was installed in the choir vestry feeding heat though a system of new pipes and radiators. The wooden pellets are stored in the old boiler house. The heat is stored in large tanks and then distributed to the church, guildhall, parlour, kitchen and other areas such as the toilets. In addition the cottage is supplied by the same system. The biomass will provide hot water for the church kitchen, toilets and cottage saving gas and electricity.
